Our Health Centers (HCs) are critical to the network we have established in Tanzania. By offering medical services within key community clusters across the country, we aim to make high-quality health care more accessible and equitable for all. Our HCs are linked digitally to one another and to our two main hospitals to offer the people of Tanzania comprehensive and integrated health care services. By using this ‘Hub and Spoke’ model we hope to provide access to health services at a lower cost and in a more efficient manner, connecting the various tiers of care in a unified continuum to drive accountability for care.
